Prices

Prices are listed as wholesale and subject to change without notice. All prices are in US dollars and do not include Shipping/Freight or Credit Card Processing Fees.

Fees

A 3% Credit Card Processing Fee will be added to orders using a Credit Card as form of payment. There is no additional fee for Direct Bank Transfers. Insurance can be added at an additional price at Buyer's cost.

Delivery

Most orders ship via USPS unless other arrangements are made. Shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and are included in final payment. Insurance is available at Buyer's cost and can be added on ship day.

Payment Terms

50% deposit of initial order due with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) or Bank Transfer ON order date. Remaining balance, shipping costs/insurance and or CC processing fees will be added to balance and charged on shipment day.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or unsold merchandise. Only damaged items may be exchanged for product or credit and must reported no later than 5 days from receipt of order and include photo documentation in order to receive replacement or credit. Refused packages will be charged full order amount, full shipping and any other charges incurred.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations.

Claims

Any shortage claims must be received no later than 10 days from receipt of order. Notice of loss must be given to carrier immediately. All packing materials and receiving paperwork should be retained for carrier inspection.

Testers

Product unit orders of (12) or more receive a FREE Tester. Testers are FULL sized product and can ONLY be ordered at tester price when respective product minimums have been met. Individual units can be purchased at Wholesale Price if Buyer would like to test before committing to minimums.
